Dr. Zajackowski DC, CFMP, CSCS
Chiropractor & Functional Medicine Practitioner
Dr. Lydia Zajackowski is a chiropractor & functional medicine practitioner dedicated to empowering patients to achieve their optimal potential through chiropractic care and wellness. She was born and raised in Bellingham, WA. Then went on to pursue her B.S. of Kinesiology at Westmont College in beautiful Santa Barbara, CA. Her education continued at an accredited chiropractic college for her Doctorate of Chiropractic. During her time there, she participated in the Nike Half Marathon, and completed her first Olympic Weightlifting competition. She also earned additional certifications including: Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, Webster Certified, Mercier Therapy, Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), BirthFit Coach, USAW 1&2, Precision Nutrition and Rocktape. Additional education includes the Chiropractic Extremity series (CCEP). Diplomate of American Clinical Board of Nutrition (DACBN), Diplomate of American Clinical Board of Functional Medicine (DACFM) & International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) certification is in progress. She currently holds active licenses in Texas. (Previously also in Washington State).
She credits her ability to achieve all of these accomplishments to chiropractic care, nutrition changes, and therapeutic supplementation. Being diagnosed with scoliosis in high school guided her to start her chiropractic care early. She wouldn’t be able to function at the level she has been able to, physically and mentally without regular chiropractic adjustments, and solid nutrition. Dr. Z is dedicated to walk-the-talk, and would never make recommendations she would not consider for herself.
Dr. Zajackowski is no longer offering in person services in Washington State.
